‘Heaven is Real’ John Maus and The Truth of Pop 

This is a portrayal of Adam Harper's essay, about a musician John Maus and his music called ‘Heaven is Real’, and John Maus’s music. Each track in his album ‘Love is Real’ presents a part of his whole universe, which is the root of the concept.
Each spread includes each track and cropped photographs of a human body; it gives reader to experience and feel the ambiguity of his music and parts of his world. Hidden texts illustrate the idea that people have to look and listen carefully, it will lead them to find their own meaning, just like heaven, which is the conclusion of the essay.
